ThinkyPlay is built by a small puzzle-loving team, and real people answer your mail. Whether you found a bug, have an idea for the next game, or just want to say the daily challenge was a good one, we want to hear it.

• Suggest a game: tell us the rules and why it would be fun — original logic puzzles are especially welcome.
• Report a bug: include the game name, your device and browser, and what you did right before it happened.
• Corrections: spotted a factual slip in a guide or history note? Point us to the page and the fix — we update articles regularly.

Please allow a few days for a reply. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" in the subject line.

What happens next

Bug reports are logged and usually fixed within a couple of weeks. Game suggestions are read at our monthly planning session, and the most requested ideas get built first. We reply to every reasonable message, but if yours is a feature idea we have already planned, you may simply get a short thank-you rather than a long roadmap.
